BLOOMIX LLC

FAQ

Questions we are asked before an engagement starts

If your question is not answered here, the contact form goes straight to the founder.

Where is BLOOMIX LLC registered?

BLOOMIX LLC is a domestic limited liability company registered in the State of Iowa, United States, on 4 September 2025. The company's registered mailing address is 421 West Broadway, Ste 302, #669, Council Bluffs, IA 51503, United States. It is a mailing address only — the company does not operate an office, showroom or warehouse at that location, and it is not open to visitors.

What does the company actually sell?

Primarily its own products. BLOOMIX LLC is an ecommerce retailer: we buy physical consumer goods on our own account and sell them to consumers through our own storefronts on eBay, Amazon and Shopify. Alongside that we take on a limited number of client engagements, namely turnkey brand launches and search ranking work.

Can you get my product to the top of marketplace search?

We can do the work that makes it possible: keyword research against real marketplace search data, rewritten titles and content, correct attributes and category placement, and a sane advertising structure. We cannot guarantee a position, and nobody honestly can, because ranking is decided by the platform's algorithm and by what your competitors do. We also will not use methods that break platform terms, so no purchased or incentivised reviews, no fake orders and no keyword stuffing. Those risk your account, and the account is yours.

Who will I actually be working with?

The founder and sole member, Andrei Protashchik. The company has no employees, and client work is not passed to a subcontracted team. That is the reason the number of concurrent engagements is limited.

Do you pay the factory for me?

No. On client engagements you contract with and pay your suppliers, inspectors and logistics providers directly. BLOOMIX LLC does not receive, hold, pool or transmit client funds, and does not act as an escrow or paying agent. We are compensated by our own service fees only. Our retail stock is a separate matter: it is bought with our own funds, on our own account, for resale through our own storefronts.

Do you take commission from suppliers?

No. We do not accept commission, rebate or kickback from suppliers, inspectors or freight providers, and we will tell you if one is offered. A sourcing agent paid by the factory is negotiating against the client.

What does an engagement cost?

A brand launch is quoted as a fixed project fee after the scope call, payable in instalments tied to deliverables. Ranking work and consulting are a fixed fee per review or a monthly retainer with a defined scope. Third-party costs — samples, tooling, inspection, laboratory testing, freight, advertising spend — are paid by you directly to the provider or platform at their own rates and are never marked up by us.

How long does it take?

For a brand launch: specification and a vetted supplier shortlist typically take two to three weeks from kick-off; sampling is driven by the factory and the product and commonly runs four to eight weeks including revisions; listing and launch preparation takes four to six weeks and runs in parallel with your production so the listing is ready when the goods are. Ranking and consulting engagements are shorter — an audit and rewrite is usually delivered within two to three weeks, after which the effect on search position builds over the following weeks and is not something we can put a date on.

Do you handle shipping and customs?

No. We do not provide freight forwarding or customs brokerage, and we do not act as importer of record. We tell you which category of licensed provider you need and at what point in the timeline, and you contract them directly.

Can you help me register a company or open a bank account in the US?

No. We do not provide company formation, registered agent, nominee or banking-introduction services of any kind. Those are outside our scope.

Which product categories do you refuse?

CBD and hemp, vapes and e-cigarettes, supplements and pharmaceuticals, medical devices, weapons and their components, adult products, replicas and trademark-infringing goods, crypto and financial products, food and beverages, and hazardous or standalone battery shipments. The full list and the reasoning is on the Categories page.

What do you not guarantee?

Sales, revenue, profit, a search position or a return on your spend — and we would be wary of anyone in this field who promised them. Outcomes depend on your pricing, your capital, your category's competition and platform decisions no consultant controls. What is committed is the work itself: an agreed specification, verified suppliers, comparable quotes, an independent pre-shipment inspection, ranking work done only by methods the platform permits, and a written handover you own.

Which marketplaces and markets do you cover?

eBay, Amazon and Shopify, selling to customers in the United States and in the European Union and United Kingdom. We are an independent seller and consultant: BLOOMIX LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or an authorised partner of any marketplace operator. Client work is done on the client's own seller accounts, and those accounts remain entirely theirs.

What happens to the supplier relationship when we finish?

It is yours. We do not withhold supplier identities, and at handover you receive the full supplier file, the agreed specification, correspondence summaries and every asset produced during the engagement.

What languages do you work in?

Client-facing work is in English and Russian. Supplier communication in China is handled in the language the factory works in.

How do I start?

Send the form on the contact page or email us. The first step is a free scope call of 30 to 45 minutes, after which you receive a written proposal. Nothing is billed before that proposal is countersigned.
