BLOOMIX LLC

How we work

Six stages, each with a defined output and an exit point

You can stop after any stage. Nothing is auto-renewing, and no stage begins before the previous one has been signed off in writing.

The engagement, stage by stage

Each card below lists what we produce and what we need from you before the next stage can begin. Stages 3 to 5 apply to a brand launch, where a product has to be sourced and made; a ranking or consulting engagement runs stages 1, 2 and 6 only, and is usually finished inside a few weeks.

1

Scope call — free, 30–45 minutes

You describe the product, the target marketplace and the stage you are at. We tell you whether the category is one we take, what the realistic timeline is, and where the risk sits. If we are not the right fit, this is where we say so.

You provide: product idea or existing SKU data, target market, budget range.

2

Written proposal and agreement

A scope document listing deliverables, timeline, fee, payment schedule and the boundaries of the engagement. It names what we do not cover — logistics, customs, legal and tax — and who you will need to engage for those.

You provide: countersignature and the kick-off instalment.

3

Specification

Before a single supplier is contacted we agree the product specification in writing: dimensions, materials, tolerances, finish, packaging, target landed cost and the certifications the target market requires. Most sourcing failures are traceable to skipping this.

You provide: reference products, sign-off on the spec.

4

Supplier search, vetting and negotiation

We approach manufacturers directly, verify licence and export history, collect quotes against the same specification so they are comparable, and negotiate price, MOQ, payment terms, defect handling and tooling ownership. You receive the shortlist with the reasoning, not just the winner.

You provide: selection decision.

5

Sampling and inspection

Samples are ordered and your written feedback is turned into revisions the factory can act on. Before production ships, an independent third-party inspector performs a pre-shipment inspection and sends the report to you directly.

You provide: sample feedback, payment to the factory and the inspector.

6

Listing, ranking work and handover

Packaging and labelling specification, compliance checklist, listing copy and backend keyword set built from marketplace search data, photography brief, advertising structure and launch sequence. On a ranking-only engagement this is the whole job and starts at stage 6 directly. At the end you receive a handover pack: the supplier file where one exists, the specification, correspondence summaries, the listing assets and the keyword and campaign structure.

You keep: the accounts, the supplier relationship and every document produced.

Three things worth stating up front

The accounts and the supplier relationship are yours. Client work is done on your own seller accounts, we do not insert ourselves between you and the factory, and we do not withhold supplier identities to make you dependent on us. When an engagement ends you have the logins, the contacts and the file.

We are paid by you and only by you. We do not accept commission, rebate or kickback from suppliers, inspectors or freight providers. An agent paid by the factory is negotiating against you.

We sell on the same platforms. BLOOMIX LLC runs its own storefronts in the categories listed on the categories page. If your product would compete directly with something we already sell, we will tell you at the scope call and decline the engagement rather than take both sides.
