Services
What you get, how long it takes, and how it is priced
Every engagement is defined in writing before it starts: the deliverables below, a schedule, and a fixed fee or retainer. No percentage of your revenue, no undisclosed supplier commissions.
Line 1 · our core business
Ecommerce retail on our own accounts
This is what the company primarily does. It is not a service sold to clients — it is our own trading operation, and it is the reason the advice in the other two lines is operational rather than theoretical.
How it works
- We select products, buy stock on our own account and list it under our own seller accounts
- Sales channels are our storefronts on eBay, Amazon and Shopify, selling to consumers in the United States and Europe
- Goods move through the marketplaces' own fulfilment programmes or third-party logistics providers we contract
- Customer service, returns and refunds for our own orders are handled by us under each platform's policies
- Product categories are limited to the list published on our categories page
How the money flows
The marketplace collects the customer's payment and settles the balance to us net of its fees on its own schedule. Sales tax is collected and remitted by the marketplace under United States marketplace facilitator rules.
Inventory, shipping and platform fees are our own costs, paid from our own funds.
No affiliation
We are an independent seller on these platforms. BLOOMIX LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or an authorised partner of eBay, Amazon, Shopify or any other marketplace operator, and the platform names are used here descriptively only.
Line 2
Turnkey brand launch
For an owner who wants their own brand on a marketplace and does not yet have a product, a supplier or a listing. We take it from the idea to the point where the listing is live and sellable.
Deliverables
- Category and product selection: demand, competition, margin and platform-restriction check before anything is ordered
- Supplier search and vetting, quoted unit price, MOQ and lead time, with samples and a pre-shipment inspection arranged through an independent inspector
- Brand and packaging specification: artwork requirements, dieline briefing, insert and manual copy
- Identification and labelling checklist: GTIN/UPC, country-of-origin marking, marketplace-specific label rules
- A compliance document checklist for your category and target market, with the responsible party named for each item
- Listing copy: title, bullet points, description, backend keyword set, built from marketplace search data
- A photography and A+ content brief your studio can execute against
- A launch sequence: inventory sizing for the first order, pricing structure, review-generation steps permitted by the platform
Typical timeline
Selection and a vetted supplier shortlist: two to three weeks. Sampling: driven by the factory and the product, commonly four to eight weeks including revisions. Listing and launch preparation: four to six weeks, running in parallel with your production run so the listing is ready when the goods are.
Fee structure
Fixed project fee, quoted after the scope call and payable in instalments tied to deliverables. Additional variants within the same product family are quoted per variant at a reduced rate.
Samples, tooling, inspection, laboratory testing and freight are paid by you directly to the provider at their published rates and are never marked up by us.
Payments and boundaries. You contract with and pay the factory, the inspector and the carrier directly. BLOOMIX LLC does not take custody of your funds, does not pay suppliers on your behalf, and does not accept commission or rebate from any supplier — if a factory offers one, we decline it and tell you. We prepare documentation and briefs; we do not provide legal, tax or customs brokerage services, we do not act as importer of record, and we do not perform freight forwarding.
Line 3
Search ranking and seller consulting
For a seller who is already trading and whose products are not being found — or are being found and not bought.
Engagement formats
- Search visibility work. Keyword research against real marketplace search data, rewritten titles, bullets and descriptions, backend keyword sets, and attribute and category placement corrections.
- Content and conversion audit. Page-by-page review against the leaders in your category, covering imagery, A+ content, pricing presentation and review handling, with rewritten copy for the pages that justify it.
- Advertising structure. Campaign and ad-group architecture, keyword harvesting and negatives, bid logic and a reporting cadence you can run yourself afterwards.
- Assortment and margin review. Landed-cost reconstruction per SKU, fee and return-rate impact, and a ranked list of what to keep, reprice, renegotiate or discontinue.
- Second-market entry plan. What changes when the same product goes from a US marketplace to a European one: labelling, responsible-person requirements, pricing, and the order of operations.
Format and fees
Delivered as a written report plus working sessions. Priced as a fixed fee per review, or as a monthly retainer with a defined number of sessions and a scope agreed each month.
A single paid diagnostic session is available if you want to test the fit before committing to a full review.
Methods we will not use
Only techniques permitted by the platform's own terms: no incentivised, purchased or exchanged reviews, no keyword stuffing outside the fields intended for it, no manipulation of ranking through fake orders, and no listing hijacking. Anything on that list risks your account, and the account is yours, not ours.
On rankings. We do not guarantee a position in search results, a sales figure or a return on your spend. Marketplace ranking is decided by the platform's own algorithm and by your competitors' behaviour, and no consultant controls either. What is committed is the work listed above, delivered to the schedule in your agreement.
