1. Who we are

This website is operated by BLOOMIX LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Iowa, United States, with a registered mailing address at 421 West Broadway, Ste 302, #669, Council Bluffs, IA 51503, United States ("BLOOMIX", "we", "us"). BLOOMIX LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Questions about this policy or about your data should be sent to hello@bloomixllc.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, the topic you select, and the content of your message. The company name and target market fields are optional. If you email or call us we hold the contents of that correspondence.

Information collected during an engagement. If you become a client we hold the business and contact details needed to perform the agreement, together with project correspondence and documents.

Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, including IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL and timestamp, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not run third-party trackers or advertising pixels, and this site sets no cookies of its own.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, government identification numbers or payment card details through this website, and you should not send them to us through the enquiry form.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry — because you asked us to, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where consent is the applicable basis you give it via the checkbox on the form.
• To negotiate and perform a contract with you or the company you represent.
• To keep records we are required to keep, and to establish or defend legal claims.
• To keep the site available and secure, on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions, and only to the extent needed:

• our website hosting and content delivery provider;
• our email delivery and mailbox providers;
• where you are a client and the project requires it, the suppliers, inspectors or laboratories you have instructed us to approach — and in that case only the details necessary for that specific purpose.

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order or a lawful request from a public authority, or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

BLOOMIX LLC is a United States entity and is managed remotely from the Kyrgyz Republic. Our service providers process data in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom is transferred outside those areas, we rely on the appropriate safeguards available to us, including standard contractual clauses used by our service providers. If your project involves a supplier in another country, data shared with that supplier will be transferred to that country and you will be told before it is.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects — up to 24 months from the last message, then deleted.
• Client records — for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, to meet record-keeping and tax obligations.
• Server request logs — retained by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule, which is measured in days, not years.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Residents of California, and of other US states with comparable laws, additionally have the right to know what is collected and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights — note that we do not sell or share personal data as those laws define it.

To exercise any of these rights email hello@bloomixllc.com. We respond within 30 days and will not charge you for a first request. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted to our mailbox over encrypted connections and access to it is limited to the founder. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

9. Children

This site and our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated by email.
